Executive Director Recruitment​

Nelson House of Ottawa Carleton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Executive Director (ED) to lead our organization in supporting women and children fleeing domestic violence. As ED, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee programs and advocacy efforts, and strengthen community partnerships to ensure survivors receive the support they need. We are looking for a visionary leader with 5+ years of senior management experience in the non-profit or social services sector, a strong commitment to feminist, anti-racism, and anti-oppression principles, and expertise in fundraising, advocacy, and team development.
